The C2IT Home Cover Plan is full cover for your PC or Laptop.

We understand how frustrating it is when you have a problem with your PC, which is why you can count on a fast, professional and efficient response from a trained engineer.

We will cover your PC or laptop, regardless of the age of the system. Your Home Cover Plan will include the following:

  • Breakdown of all parts in the system

  • Accidental damage

  • Virus, Spyware, Adware infection

  • Data loss

  • All parts and labour are included, and there is no limit on the number of times you can call us out.

  • In addition to this, C2IT will perform a quarterly health check on your system to make sure everything is running ok.

  • We guarantee an engineer will be out to help resolve your problem within 48 hours.

  • In the unlikely event that your system cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a like for like model, and where possible transfer your data to the new machine
